When Jesus said, “Take courage, I have conquered the world” (Jn. 16:33), he meant redemption. By uniting humanity and divinity in himself, Jesus overcame the forces that separate us from God. Redemption, however, requires the cooperation of our reason and free will. This session will explore God’s mysterious invitation to us to understand and freely cooperate in the mystery of redemption.
