He recently helped organize the listening sessions about the Church moving forward together, the topic of Pope Francis’ upcoming World Synod of Bishops. Mark serves on the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council and has worked with pastoral councils throughout the USA. He is a member of the Catholic Theological Society of America and edits the “Rahner Papers” for the journal Philosophy and Theology.
