is a Brooklyn native and holds degrees in religious studies and philosophy. She taught at Moorpark College for 20 years. Presently she is adjunct professor of philosophy at St. John’s Seminary. Padre Serra is her parish family. Her spirituality was formed as an oblate of St. Andrew’s Abbey, Valyermo.
