is an active member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, serving as lector for the past 25 years, and a member of the adult team for the Confirmation program for much of the last 15 years. Dr. Tolcher is a full-time pediatrician, practicing in the Conejo and West San Fernando Valley areas for nearly 30 years. He has studied apologetics (the theological discipline of explaining why we believe what we believe and how to explain and defend it) for the past 20 years.
