serves in the Hispanic Ministry at St. Paschal Baylon Parish. Ordained in 2011, he has served in restorative justice, youth groups, RCIA, religious education, charismatic renewal, the Conejo Valley Interfaith Council, and various other organizations. Memo is the Facilitator for the Diaconate Formation Program of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Memo is also Chief Information Officer for a General Health Insurance Agency.
