was ordained to the priesthood in 1990, and is currently the pastor of Santa Clara Parish, Oxnard, and Dean of Deanery III, Santa Barbara Pastoral Region. He is also a Magistral Chaplain for the Order of Malta, Western Association and assists with the annual pilgrimage for the sick to Lourdes, France.
