was born in Poland and ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2002. He was Parochial Vicar at both St. Genevieve in Panorama City and St. John the Baptist in Baldwin Park. Following graduate studies at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome, he taught Sacred Scripture at St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo. Last fall, he was ordained bishop and appointed Episcopal Vicar of the Santa Barbara Pastoral Region.
