is an associate pastor at St. Philomena Parish in Carson. He was born near Toledo, Spain, explored the world and taught for 16 years in several countries, and in the last 16 in Los Angeles. He was ordained in June 2016, moved by the Funeral Mass of Pope John Paul II and the phrase “Do not be afraid.” His new book, Prodigal to Priest, is available through Ave Maria Press.
